Numo pride ourselves on the support we give all our clients, it is our aim to respond quickly and efficiently to resolve any problems.
We retain our clients through this excellent service, our client know that we have the care and ability to resolve any issues with little inconvenience to their business, this in a sector that is generally reknown for poor support.
Each project has a bespoke support facility dependant on need, budget and internal expertise, however the actual function of a system developed by Numo is supported for the life of the product.
Generally however, we offer the follow outline structures of support;

Full Support - for a fixed monthly fee, we would act as an extended IT support department for our service and/or application, this can be 24/7 dependant on budget and need.

Mixed Support - Small monthly fee would cover simple telephone help and support on the system and account mangement, with larger requests on a pro rata basis

Pro Rata - If it is expect to only require in frequent support then we would arrange a simple pro rata support system with support credits.
